Great location, comfy hotel, great value for money

The hotel is located really close to the train station, so it is very easy to start your journey here. The room is comfy with plenty of space. It is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking space. The private parking spaces around the area are very overpriced and in bad condition. As it is close the the station, parking at the side of the road is very difficult to find too. It's not recommended if you drive. It's a shame the bar is permanently closed (I think this needs to be mentioned on the website) because there's another local bar next door. But there are plenty of other bars around the area, so it's not too difficult to find a nightcap.

What was the highlight of BlueSky Hotel

Despite the little flaws in the bathroom it’s all perfect and I had a lovely, enjoyable, restful stay at 1969.

Beddings is very comfortable. The bed is hugh! The room is clean, delight that it’s a non carpet floor.

The shower curtain is a little bit moulded, which makes me a bit uneasy, could pay a little bit more detail to that. The design of the bathtub is not user friendly. If you stand in the tub to have a shower, the water will drip through the side down and make the floor all wet. This could be solved by sitting to shower and be careful not to spread the water to certain area.

Very comfortable beds

The hotel is nice, in a good location, and a really comfy bed.

The price was higher than we had paid elsewhere, but it was the going rate in the city at the time, so fair enough.

The location was not the best in my opinion, because there was not much life around the hotel, although it is very close to Miyahara

Wonderful

Location was good, it was 10mins walk away from Tai Chung station. If you are looking to go Sun Moon Lake or Nan Tou, the express bus station is nearby. It is also very close to 2nd Market which is a popular breakfast place. It was a less than 10mins walk. Room was relatively spacious. There is also a bakery just beside the hotel. Staff also helped to turn on the aircon before check in as it was very hot. There was also snacks and drinks provided for free.
